THE SIGN POST FOREST IN WATSON LAKE, YUKON!
And that's in Canada, in case you didn't know! The Sign Post Forest is at Historical Mile 635 on the Alaska Highway. Reportedly started in 1942 by a homesick soldier with one post and three signs, travellers from around the world have added others each year, increasing the number to over 40,000! That's a lot of signs, and some names of places that you wouldn't believe. See it for yourself! The Alaska Highway Interpretative Center (with its excellent displays) is right next door!
